India Update Issue 36 | July 2011 LPTI
Season’s Greetings!

Presenting to you this week’s India Update with many more interesting facets of Incredible India!

India’s rich flora and fauna beckons you to its serenity! Indulge in marking a tiger trail, engage in some bird watching or simply sit back and take in the aroma of the ever glowing Indian flora as we offer you never-ending excitement in this newsletter. Our Signature Experience showcased this week is a specially crafted programme to see, feel and experience the best of wilderness across the subcontinent, guided by a proficient naturalist who will make this journey memorable.

Also in this issue acquaint yourself with Trivandrum, a city with a rich unique cultural charm that is sure to enthrall you. Also read about the beautiful city of Kozhikode, an upcoming destination that one must add to itinerary when exploring North Kerala, take-in the awe-inspiring views of the Pangong Lake of Ladakh and we reveal for you secrets of why the Banyan tree is so revered in India and how the mouth-watering ‘Butter Chicken’ recipe came to existence, all this and more in this week’s edition of India Update.

On a somber note, the incident in Mumbai last week has been most unfortunate and the Governments both at the State ( Maharashtra) and the Centre have condemned the attack. The serial blasts in the financial capital of India- Mumbai have not caused panic and normalcy has been restored. We had a few clients in Mumbai, who are all safe, and business is as usual in the city.

To promote the message of harmony, a unique World Peace Ceremony was held by NPO, Japan with children from our NGO Partner Deepalaya and Salwan Public school, a noted public school in Delhi. Read about this noble initiative in our ‘Whats New’ section, that wishes for each country’s peace through prayers.

Do keep writing in to us.

Have an incredible week!

Warm Regards
Managing Director
Arjun Sharma
