India Update Issue 20 | Mar 2011 LPTI
DIVISION OF LE PASSAGE TO INDIA TOURS & TRAVELS PVT. LTD.
Season’s Greetings!

It’s delightful for us to get such encouraging feedback from many of you on our newsletter. As we go along over the next few weeks you will see many of your valuable suggestions being implemented to enhance the knowledge base of the India Update. In this edition, we are pleased to add a new feature – all destination related information will now include a map in it, giving you the geographical location of the place.

This edition showcases the green oasis of Rajasthan - Mount Abu; the culturally rich state of Tripura of the North East India; the city of royal heritage and rich traditions- Patiala in Punjab and the double humped camels of Nubra valley, Ladakh. With the Taj Mahal Trophy (the international amateur golf championship) round the corner in April, here we present to you the trivia on Golfing in India, setting the mood for the event. Also find in this issue the festival of Ram Navami celebrating the birth of Lord Rama; and a must visit destination of the Golden Triangle tour circuit, the world heritage site of Fatehpur Sikri, near Agra.

I am also pleased to share with you, that this Holi ( festival of colours), we added to the smiles of specially-abled children through our foundation ‘Shaping Lives’ supported by our partner NGO Deepalaya, in Delhi. The experience was incredible indeed; we look forward to creating many more happy memories for the children with your support to our travel foundation.

Hope you would enjoy reading this edition. Do keep writing in to us, we love hearing from you.

Most Warmly
Arjun Sharma
